Hyper Launcher provides a free, browser-based platform for playing Eaglercraft — a browser port of Minecraft — across multiple versions (1.5.2, 1.8.8, 1.12.2). The service includes single-player and multiplayer game access, server listings, and related informational content. No account or software installation is required to use the service.

The Hyper Launcher branding, website design, and original content (logos, written content, UI elements) are the property of Hyper Network and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

4. Multiplayer Servers

When connecting to multiplayer servers through Hyper Launcher, you agree to abide by the rules of each individual server. Hyper Network operates its own servers at ws.hyper-network.net and reserves the right to ban or restrict access to users who violate these Terms or engage in disruptive behavior.

Hyper Network is not responsible for the content, conduct, or availability of third-party servers listed on this site.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hyper Launcher is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hyper Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
